As You Think is a place of transformation.

When it comes to long-term change, simply focusing on changing our actions is not enough.
Our actions are the by-product of our deep-rooted beliefs, thoughts and feelings.
If we want to transform our life and reach our highest potential, we need to start with our mind.

 

T R A N S F O R M A T I O N
Simply put, we’re not perfect humans. We all have certain repetitive patterns and habits, thoughts and beliefs, and a certain way in which we go through life. Quite a few of them don’t seem to have our best interest! Whether it’s a mind filled with negative thoughts or dis-empowering habits that you can’t seem to shake — there are the things that stop you from being your high-vibe self. Your life — the reality that you currently experience — is a mirror of what is going on inside of you. If you want to transform a particular area of your life, it’s time to roll up the sleeves and do some inner work!

H E A L I N G
Whether we are conscious of it or not, we all have wounds. Big or small, recent or old, the hurt and trauma that we’ve experienced in our lives may still affects us to this day. More often that not, we’ve learned to suppress them and ignore them (most of us are not even aware of them!) As we begin to heal ourselves, we begin to heal the world. We start to lead by the example of love and forgiveness, and thus serve as catalyst for others to begin healing and loving themselves.

E D U C A T I O N
My mission is not only to help you heal and transform, but also to educate you. In school they never taught us about the power of our mind. No one explained to us why understanding our emotions is important, how meditation can help expand our awareness and release stress, and just how much we are ruled by our subconscious mind. (No one even told us what our subconscious mind is!) Rather than just giving you exercises and practices that you can use, I also want you to understand why it is that they work! Yay to knowledge!
